Honda GL1100 Weber IDF or Dellorto DRLA intake kit

The flanges are 1/2″ thick CNC milled aluminum (6061)

The tubes are just about 2 3/4″ long so the total height of the finished manifolds would be 3 3/4″ tall.

The tubes are cut pretty close but you should assume once tacked in place you’ll have to do some minor tweaking and dressing for smooth flow and a good transition between flanges and tubes.

All parts are aluminum.  Tubes are mill finished and flanges are tumble finished after machining.

The kit includes stud/washers/nuts for IDF flange side and the flanges are already tapped.
